GE Signa Voyager Power Off or Overnight Mode
Before starting GE Signa Voyager power off procedure, make sure all images have been reconstructed. Secondly, end exam, if necessary. Next, ensure all post-processing applications are complete. Finally, remove any archive media in scsi tower, if necessary.

GE Signa Voyager Shutdown Procedure
- Click the Tools icon in the Header Area
First, click on the Tools icon located in the header area (top left of screen)
- Click on System Power Off
Next, select System Power Off from Tools dropdown screen.
- Select Reason for GE MRI Voyager Shutdown
Select reason for shutdown from the screen: Daily, Service, Other or Cancel (close window)
- Applications Shutdown Begins
Countdown timer tracks progress during GE MRI voyager shutdown process. Once countdown timer ends, screen will go blank. Your GE MRI system is now powered off.
GE Signa Voyager Emergency Shutdown Procedure
Start by pressing any of the Emergency stop buttons (keyboard, magnet cover) to remove power from the MRI room components. Then, immediately evacuate patient and all personnel in the MRI scan room. Call site Field Service Engineer or MRI repair service company. Log event for future reference after root cause determined.
